New Zealand men’s team will welcome Australia in February 2021 for a full-fledged T20I series of five matches. Australia, along with West Indies, Pakistan and Bangladesh, are one of the four teams which will tour New Zealand in their home summer.

England women’s side will tour New Zealand as well in February-March next year, while a possible visit by Australia is also under discussion.

West Indies are scheduled to play a three-match T20I series followed by two Tests on their tour starting on November 27. Pakistan, who will follow a similar pattern will visit next. Australia and Bangladesh tours will complete New Zealand’s home summer.

As far as the New Zealand v Australia T20I series is concerned, the two sides will first lock horns on February 22 next year in Christchurch. The last match of the series has been scheduled for March 7 at the Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui.

Australia recently toured England for three-T20I and three-ODI series. While they lost the T20I series 2-1, the ODI leg finished in their favour.
