The England side will return to the Caribbean after three years. They will seek to win the five-game T20I series, and also the inaugural Richards-Botham Trophy which will comprise of three Tests. These Tests will also be a part of the 2021-23 WTC cycle.
England’s T20I squad will seek to continue their dominant run in the shortest format, whereas the Test side would seek to win their first-ever series win in the West Indies since 2004.
The tour would comprise of two legs. The limited-overs leg comprising solely of T20Is will take place in January, while the Test leg will take place in March.
Interestingly, West Indies are due to travel to India in February for a T20I and ODI series.
