The 2023 Duleep Trophy final between West Zone and South Zone will be held from July 12: here is where you can watch the 2023 clash live in India, including live streaming and TV details.

The competition was held between six zones, each representing a different geographical zones of India. Until 2022, the Duleep Trophy used to have five zones, but the North East Zone was added by the BCCI this year. This is the 60th edition of the Trophy.

This year’s competition started on June 28, with six teams, led by Shivam Mavi (Central Zone), Abhimanyu Easwaran (East Zone), Jayant Yadav (North Zone), Rongsen Jonathan (North East Zone), Hanuma Vihari (South Zone) and Priyank Panchal (West Zone).

The Central and North Zones qualified for the semi-finals, defeating the East and North East Zones in the quarter-finals. There, they met the West and South Zones, who had made it by virtue of qualifying for the final in 2022/23.

Both semi-finals were held in Karnataka – at the LSCA Ground in Alur and the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

Cheteshwar Pujara, left out of India’s squad for the West Indies tour, made a fighting 133 in the second innings of the first semi-final, helping West Zone defeat Central Zone and qualify for the final. They will meet South Zone. who beat North Zone, largely due to Mayank Agarwal’s 76 and 54.

The final, between West Zone and South Zone, will begin on July 12 (Wednesday). The five-day game will be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium. The match will begin at 9.30 am IST.
