The ACC Men’s T20I Challenger Cup 2024 starts on January 27 – here’s where to watch the second edition of the Challenger Cup, including live streaming, TV channels and match timing details.
The Challenger Cup, organised by the Asian Cricket Council, will be played between January 27 and February 11. Like last year, Terdthai Cricket Ground in Bangkok will host all 22 matches.
Cambodia, China, and Myanmar are placed in the Qualifier group and will play three games each. The winner from the group will join Bhutan, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia in Group A, while the remaining two sides will feature in the ninth-place play-off match. Meanwhile, Group B comprises Japan, Maldives, Singapore, and Thailand.
The champions will secure a spot in the Asia Cup 2025, while the runners-up will directly qualify for the ACC Men’s Premier Cup 2024, acting as a pathway for the continental event.
Saudi Arabia are the current titleholders, thanks to their 10-wicket against Bahrain the previous year.
Cambodia, playing in an ACC tournament for the first time after receiving ICC’s Associate status in 2022, kicked off their campaign with a thumping win against Myanmar in the curtain-raiser. The debutants restricted their opposition to 72-8 while fielding first before gunning down the target in just 9.1 overs, handing themselves a seven-wicket win. Luqman Butt was the Player of the Match for his unbeaten 43 off 29 deliveries, besides picking up 1-10 with the ball.

For Indian audiences, live streaming facilities of ACC Men’s T20I Challenger Cup 2024 will be available on the FanCode app and its equivalent website.
However, there will be no live telecast for the tournament in India.
