Here is the schedule for India at the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, starting in October, including full fixtures, match timings, and venues.

The ninth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will be played in Bangladesh, between October 3 and October 20.

The top six teams – Australia, South Africa, England, India, New Zealand and West Indies – from the 2023 T20 World Cup in South Africa, earned direct qualification for this year’s event, while Bangladesh entered as hosts and Pakistan on the virtue of their position in the ICC Women’s T20I team rankings.

Scotland and Sri Lanka are the last two entrants after making it to the final of the Global Qualifier, which was played on May 7 in Abu Dhabi. The winner will slot into Group A, with Australia, India, New Zealand and Pakistan. Meanwhile, the runners-up will be in Group B alongside South Africa, England, West Indies and Bangladesh.

India will start their tournament on October 4 against New Zealand. They will also play Pakistan, winner of the Qualifier and Australia in Group A on October 6, 9 and 13, respectively. Sylhet International Cricket Stadium will host all the encounters.

The top two teams from each group will then qualify for the semi-finals, which will be played on October 17 and 18, followed by the final on October 20.

Sunday, 13, 2024: India vs Australia in Sylhet at 7:00 pm
