The India team is currently in Bengaluru to train ahead of the 2023 Asia Cup, which will act as a precursor to the World Cup in India later this year. Here are live updates of their camp at the NCA facility in Alur, on the outskirts of Bengaluru city.
The six-day conditioning camp will conclude ahead of India’s departure to Colombo on the 30th, before they head to Kandy.

# Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma passed the fitness test alongside other India players. KL Rahul took his fitness test on Friday.
# Kohli posted his Yo-Yo Test score of 17.2 on his Instagram story on Thursday.
# The Indian team is currently practising at the KSCA grounds in Alur, having landed in Bengaluru on August 23.
# Ahead of the Asia Cup, the fitness of KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer, both recovering from injury, is being monitored. Iyer is fit, but Rahul is said to be carrying a niggle. As hinted by selector Ajit Agarkar, Rahul might miss a game or two at the Asia Cup, which will pave the way for Ishan Kishan to play, or Tilak Varma to make his ODI debut.
# The team underwent fitness drills on Thursday, while nets session and match simulation took place on Friday.
# Among the practice bowlers are quicks Umran Malik, Aniket Choudhary as well as spinners Rahul Chahar, R Sai Kishore are part of the practice contingent.
