The second season of SA20 will start from January 10 with Sunrisers Eastern Cape pitting against Joburg Super Kings at Port Elizabeth. Here is the full schedule of SA20 2024, including the full fixtures list, match timings and venues.

The long-awaited SA20 2024, South Africa’s franchise-based T2o league, will begin on January 10 and continue till February 10. Like last season, the six teams competing are MI Cape Town, Paarl Royals, Pretoria Capitals, Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Joburg Super Kings and Durban Super Giants, all owned by IPL franchise owners.

A total of 30 league games will be played until February 4 across Cape Town, Gqeberha, Johannesburg, Paarl, Centurion and Durban. The league stage is followed by Qualifier 1 on February 6 between first and second-ranked teams on the points table. The winner will head to the final, while the loser gets another shot in Qualifier 2 on February 8, against the winner of the Eliminator, to be held on February 7. The final is on February 10.

Sunrisers Eastern Cape are the defending champions as they defeated runners-up Pretoria Capitals in last time’s final, riding on Roelof van der Merwe’s matchwinning spell of 4-31. Eastern Cape captain Aiden Markram scored 366 runs besides his 11 wickets in 10 outings at an economy rate of 6.19 to become the Player of the Tournament.
