Rajasthan Royals, who have not qualified for the Indian Premier League playoffs since their last appearance in 2018, will be hoping to raise their game in the 15th edition of the tournament — here’s the full squad and team list, including the latest injury news, replacements and coaching support staff list for RR ahead of IPL 2022.

Sanju Samson-led Rajasthan Royals have finished near the bottom of the table in the last three seasons of the IPL – they finished seventh in 2019 and 2021 while they took the last spot in 2020. However, they will hope for better performances in 2022 after assembling a well-rounded squad in the mega-auction in February. Earlier, RR had retained Samson, Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal.

They have got the two threatening spinners, R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal, in their squad for the upcoming season, while the fast bowling duties will be dependent on Trent Boult, Prasidh Krishna, and Navdeep Saini.

Rajasthan Royals team news ahead of IPL 2022

Rassie van der Dussen will be one of the 11 South Africa cricketers who will miss his international team’s ODI series against Bangladesh to take part in the IPL. The franchise does not have any other injury concerns, and the entire team is expected to be available for selection for their tournament opener against Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 29.
