In all, England have a win percentage of 48.38 in 32 matches in the T20 World Cup, and already have a T20 title to their name. Over the years, England have improved as a limited-overs side, winning the 2019 ODI World Cup. They also made it to the final of the World T20 2016.
The England team is led by Eoin Morgan, while Jos Buttler is his deputy.
They begin their campaign on October 23 against the West Indies. They will also face South Africa, Australia, and two teams from the qualifying round in their group.

Eng squad news and updates
Sam Curran, who was originally a part of the squad, was ruled out of the World Cup due to a lower back injury. He was replaced in the squad by his brother, Tom Curran, while Reece Topley was added to the reserves for the World Cup. England will miss out on the services of Jofra Archer due to an elbow injury. Ben Stokes, though a part of the Ashes squad, has elected to not play in the T20 World Cup. Jason Roy and Tymal Mills have both been ruled out by injury, with Topley and James Vince taking their place in the XV.
