New Zealand T20I tri-series, where to watch: TV channels and live streaming for NZ, BAN & PAK | 2022 tri-series

NZ BAN PAK tri-series watch
by Wisden Staff 3 minute read

New Zealand will host Pakistan and Bangladesh in a T20I tri-series in preparation for the 2022 T20 World Cup which is set to get underway in less than two weeks’ time – here’s where to watch the matches live, including TV telecast and live-streaming details for NZ BAN PAK tri-series.

As teams put the finishing touches to their World Cup plans before the tournament gets underway in Australia, Pakistan and Bangladesh will travel to New Zealand for a seven-match T20I tri-series. Both visiting sides are fresh off T20I bilateral series, with Pakistan narrowly losing out to England in a 4-3 series defeat and Bangladesh convincingly overcoming the UAE 2-0 in Dubai. New Zealand haven’t played a T20I match since August, where they came out on top against the West Indies in the Caribbean. The tournament will start at the Hagley Oval this Friday, October 7, with the visiting sides facing off in the first fixture.

Pakistan will be looking to answer questions over their middle-order, which failed to fire against England, and answer questions over their batting approach and strike-rate. They will also be hoping to strengthen their pace bowling lineup, with Shaheen Shah Afridi yet to return from injury and Naseem Shah still recovering from pneumonia. New Zealand will be hoping to finalise their partnership at the top of the order, with Bangladesh looking to build on the confidence they have taken from victory over the UAE.
