The India v Australia Test series, also known as the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, begins on February 9, 2023 – here are all the details you need about where to watch the IND vs AUS Tests live, including TV channels and live streaming.

The India v Australia Test series is one of cricket’s most hotly anticipated events, with Pat Cummins’ side hoping to overturn India’s dominant home record. India have won the last three series between the sides, including two in Australia, but with the form of India’s top order sketchy and the tourists possessing, in Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne, two of the Test game’s most prolific players, the encounter could be a close one.

The surfaces the IND vs AUS Tests will be played on has been a hot topic ahead of the series, with some in the Australian media accusing India of “pitch doctoring”. India’s spinners, R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav, are expected to play a big part, while Australia face a decision over who should partner Nathan Lyon.

The Aussies also face a question over their seamers, with Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Starc and all-rounder Cameron Green all set to miss the opener. Scott Boland, who has built up a stellar record at home, is set to play his first Test overseas. India have injury concerns of their own, with Jasprit Bumrah and Rishabh Pant ruled out of the series, and Shreyas Iyer due to miss the first Test.

The opening Test in the India-Australia series will be at Nagpur, beginning on February 9, with Australia hoping to keep the encounter live until the final game in Ahmedabad, which begins on March 9.
