The first T20I will be played on April 28, followed by the second and the third matches on April 30 and May 2, respectively. The remaining two matches will be played on May 6 and 9. Sylhet International Cricket Stadium will host all the encounters. With Bangladesh set to host the T20 World Cup at the end of this year, the series will help tourists acclimate to the conditions.
India last toured the country in 2023, playing three T20Is and three ICC Women’s Championship ODIs. Although the visitors won the T20I series 2-1, the ODIs were shared, with Bangladesh achieving their first-ever victory over India in the format during the series opener.

Nigar Sultana Joty will lead Bangladesh, while her counterpart Harmanpreet Kaur will captain India. Several newcomers have been named in both the squads.
