The 2023 Asia Cup will kick off with a clash between Pakistan and Nepal at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan on August 30. The tournament will be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka, with the former being the designated hosts of the event.
Six Asian teams will be in action at the Asia Cup that will run from August 30 to September 17: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and tournament debutants Nepal, who have qualified after winning the men’s Premier Cup earlier this year.

The six teams are divided into two groups of three each, where they will play each other once. The top two teams from each group will then qualify for the Super Fours, where they will play in a single round-robin format. The top two will then face in the final on September 17.
