The Asia Cup Qualifiers will begin on August 20 with Singapore taking on Hong Kong — here is where you can watch the 2022 event, including live streaming details.

Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka have automatically qualified for the main event, which will be held in the United Arab Emirates. One of Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuwait and the UAE will also make it to the main stage of the Asia Cup.

The Asia Cup Qualifiers, to be hosted in Muscat, will begin on August 20 and will be a six-game affair. Each of the above four sides will play the other once in a Round Robin league. The team that ends on top of the points table in the Qualifier will then proceed to play the Asia Cup.

The event will end on August 24 with the last league game scheduled between Hong Kong and the UAE. The Asia Cup begins three days later.

The qualifying team will be placed in Group A, alongside India and Pakistan. They will first play India in the first round of the Asia Cup on August 31 and then take on Pakistan on September 2.

Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuwait and the UAE advanced to the Qualifiers after ending as finalists from their respective zones in the ACC Regional T20 competition in 2020. Singapore won the Eastern Region tournament, defeating Hong Kong in the finals, while UAE were the winner of the Western Region T20 tournament after they got the better of Kuwait in the summit clash.
