Biography
Vijay Zol is a left handed batsmen and a right arm off-break bowler. He has represented his state Maharashtra in their domestic Twenty20 games and also at the U-19 level. He scored a record 451 in the Cooch Behar Trophy. Zol, a self-confessed fan of Virender Sehwag’s style of playing has also earned a place in the Indian U-19 squad for a Quadrangular series in Australia in 2012. However, before being selected for the U-19 team, Zol was bought by the Bangalore for IPL season five in 2012 and was again bought back in 2014.
