Biography

Mahesh Rawat is a hard hitting wicketkeeper batsman. He has played for Haryana before heading to the Railways. He was also part of the India Red team in the Challenger Trophy.

Rawat was bought by Rajasthan Royals in the inaugural season of the IPL in 2008. He did not get enough opportunities in the next few seasons. However, Pune Warriors India signed him in 2012 for the fifth edition of the IPL.
