The latest ICC Women’s ODI rankings are out, with Australia captain Alyssa Healy surging back into the top five owing to her contributions in the ongoing Women’s Ashes.
Healy is the biggest gainer in the latest ICC Women’s ODI rankings, rising four places to fifth for her strong recent contributions Down Under. The significant movement comes after she hit a 70 in the curtain-raiser at North Sydney Oval, powering her side to a four-wicket win.
With a rating of 678, Healy surpassed compatriots Ellyse Perry (666) and Beth Mooney (653) along with Marizanne Kapp (657) and Hayley Matthews (652).
South Africa's Laura Wolvaardt (773) continues to occupy the top spot, followed by Sri Lanka's Chamari Athapaththu (733) and India's Smriti Mandhana (723).

Gaby Lewis, who is captaining Ireland on their India tour, moved up four spots to 16th after her 92 in Rajkot. In other major batting rankings boost, India’s Jemimah Rodrigues (563) moved three places to 19th; England’s Heather Knight (529) climbed five spots to 23rd; and Knight's teammate Danni Wyatt-Hodge (521) levelled with New Zealand’s Kiwi Brooke Halliday at 26th.
In the bowling rankings, Australia’s Ash Gardner (722) and Megan Schutt (690) exchanged spots after the former’s 3-19 in the Ashes opener. The list is headed by England’s Sophie Ecclestone, who has taken six wickets across the first two ODIs so far.
South Africa's Marizanne Kapp retained the top spot in the all-rounder's rankings with a rating of 444.
