Cricket 2.0: Inside the T20 Revolution by Freddie Wilde and Tim Wigmore has been named the Wisden Book of the Year in the 2020 edition of the Wisden Almanack.
The co-authored tome tells the story of the evolution of T20 cricket and its effect on cricket as a whole. Writing in the Wisden Almanack, Alex Massie describes it as “a fascinating book, essential for anyone who wishes to understand cricket’s new age”.

Wigmore is a cricket journalist for the Daily Telegraph and a past winner of the CMJ Young Cricket Writer of the Year award. Freddie Wilde is an analyst at CricViz. Cricket 2.0: Inside the T20 Revolution was also named one of Wisden Cricket Monthly’s books of the year.
