South Africa v Bangladesh, T20 World Cup 2022 Live Telecast: TV Channels, Live Streaming | SA vs BAN

South Africa play Bangladesh in the second round of fixtures in Group 2 of the 2022 T20 World Cup Super 12 – here’s where you can watch SA vs BAN on TV and live streaming.

After South Africa were thwarted by the rain just before they could take victory against Zimbabwe, they now take on Bangladesh in a big day for the teams in Group Two. Quinton de Kock had smashed 47 off 18 balls against Zimbabwe before the rain came, hitting nine boundaries as part of his short cameo. South Africa’s bowling attack also looked in fine form, Lungi Ngidi picking up two wickets in the two overs he bowled and Anrich Nortje and Wayne Parnell also in the wickets.

The washout against Zimbabwe has potentially made South Africa’s route to the knock-out rounds more complicated, they will be hopeful one of the Netherlands or Zimbabwe can spring a big surprise over Pakistan or India to put the odds back in their favour.

Bangladesh had a nervy win over the Netherlands in their opening match of the competition. After subsiding to 144-8 in their innings, they managed to hold their nerve to bowl the Netherlands out for 133, taking victory by nine runs. Taskin Ahmed took his best-ever T20I figures of 4-25 including the key wicket of Colin Ackermann, who was edging the Netherlands closer to their target on 62 off 48.

With every side in the group having played one match, Bangladesh sit at the top of the table with a slightly superior net run rate than India in second place. A win against South Africa could put them right in contention for a knock-out rounds position.
