England star Jos Buttler took a stunning one-handed catch to dismiss Shikhar Dhawan in an IPL clash between Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings at the Wankhede Stadium on Saturday.

With Punjab 47-0 after five overs, Dhawan tried to loft Ravichandran Ashwin over the in-field. However, the India opener only managed to cloth the ball and a back-peddling Buttler at mid-on stuck out his right hand to pluck the ball out of the air.

The England keeper, playing as a specialist batter for Rajasthan, was congratulated by his excited teammates as Kevin Pietersen and Graeme Smith lauded his athleticism on commentary.

Buttler’s Rajasthan went on to win by six runs thanks to 68 from Yashasvi Jaiswal and 3-28 from Yuzvendra Chahal.
