U19 tri-series 2023/24 squads: Full team lists for South Africa, India and Afghanistan youth tri-series

India to start their proceedings against Afghanistan in the 2023/24 U19 tri-nation youth series

South Africa will host India Under-19s and Afghanistan Under-19s in a 50-over youth tri-series from December 29. Here’s everything you need to know about the U19 tri-series 2023/24 squads, including the full team lists and injury updates of the participating teams.

A total of seven games will be played in the series, starting from December 29, 2023. Each side will lock horns against the other twice before the final on January 10, 2024. Old Edwardians Cricket Club in Johannesburg is the venue for all the encounters.

The tri-nation youth series will help the participating teams to fine-tune their line-up ahead of the 2024 U19 World Cup, scheduled to take place in South Africa between January 13 and February 4.

All-rounder David Teeger is entrusted with the captaincy of South Africa, while Uday Saharan will lead India, and his counterpart Naseer Khan will captain Afghanistan.
