LSG vs SRH: Team news for today’s IPL 2023 match

The two teams will be bolstered by the presence of their South Africa stars after completing international duty. While Quinton de Kock will be available for the home team, Lucknow Super Giants, Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper Aiden Markram is expected to return and take on the role of captaincy from Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who led the team in his absence in the first match.

LSG have plenty of headaches ahead of them as they look to accommodate de Kock in their XI. Kyle Mayers has been in exceptional form at the top of the order, and the axe could fall on Marcus Stoinis, who has made only 33 runs in LSG’s two games thus far.

The Lucknow team will also miss Mohsin Khan for most parts of the season due to an injury.

For SRH, Heinrich Klaasen and Marco Jansen will also be available, with the two also flying to India after their series against the Netherlands.

LSG have played two games in the edition thus far, winning the first game by 50 runs before losing to CSK by 12 runs. SRH, on the other hand, will come into the game on the back of a heavy 72-run loss against Rajasthan.
