As the face of the company across the south, your time would be split between working, responding to enquiries, visiting potential clients and managing the sales process. With time spent visiting sites, the role can be based at home or they company’s Northampton office.

“The right candidate will have a decent knowledge of – and a passion for – the game of cricket. This is key as developing and maintaining relationships with schools, cricket clubs, local authorities, and other cricket-interested organisations is crucial to the job. You’ll also work closely with client to design and install facilities which represent significant financial investment so you’ll need to be able to have a good understanding of their needs and objectives and how we can best bring their vision to reality.

“The role will involve driving sales across the south of the country, so a strong commercial acumen is required but sales experience is not essential – full training will be given on all aspects of the total-play products and services, but the confidence and ability to guide clients through every stage of their project is essential.”

With visiting client sites an important part of the job, a full, clean driving license is a must, as is the ability to work off initiative, with the hybrid role offering the opportunity to work from home or the company’s Northampton HQ.
