The inaugural edition of the much-awaited Major League Cricket 2023 starts on July 13. All teams are announcing their rosters, including players and support staff. Here’s how the MI New York‘s coaching staff lines up for the tournament.

Mumbai Indians have expanded their brand even further, with one of the teams in the first edition of the Major League Cricket now owned by them – the MI New York. Staying true to their brand values, they have brought in a host of high-profile names from around the world of T20 cricket.
Kieron Pollard, having recently retired as a player from the IPL, will be seen in action again for a Mumbai Indians-owned team. He will be joined by Rashid Khan, arguably the most valuable T20 cricketer in the world right now, Kagiso Rabada, Tim David, Nicholas Pooran, and several other superstars.
MI New York have also named their coaching staff which mostly includes coaches who have already been associated with the Mumbai Indians in some capacity or other.

Head Coach
Former South African left-arm spinner Robin Peterson has been named as the Head Coach of MI New York.
Batting Coach
Peterson will be joined by J Arunkumar as the Batting Coach. Arunkumar served as the Assistant Batting Coach for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2023.
Bowling Coach

Mumbai Indians superstar Lasith Malinga will be seen in the MI dugout once again as he has been named the Bowling Coach of MI New York.
Fielding Coach
James Pamment, who is the Fielding Coach of Mumbai Indians and MI Cape Town, will continue in the same role as the Fielding Coach for MI New York. He will be assisted by Murtaza Hussain who will take the role of the Assistant Fielding Coach.
Data Analyst
L Varun, who is the Team Analyst for Mumbai Indians, has been named as the Data Performance Manager for MI New York.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Pratik Kadam will carry over his role as the Strength & Conditioning Coach from Mumbai Indians to MI New York.
Physiotherapists
Jason Pilgrim will be the lead Physiotherapist of MI New York with Rushi Shahiwala being his Assistant.
Amit Shah will be the Sports Massage Therapist and will be assisted by Zep Nicholas.
