A cheeky attempt by Yuzvendra Chahal to troll Kevin Pietersen was met with an equally hilarious response from the former England batsman, during a live chat between Pietersen and Rohit Sharma.
Fans might be having difficulty coping with the lack of live cricket in times of self-isolation, but their favourite cricketers are leaving no stones unturned in keeping them entertained through social media.
On Thursday, Pietersen went on a live broadcasting spree, first sharing screens with Rohit Sharma, and then calling up Dale Steyn to do a combined live.
"He sings when the bowlers are running up to bowl to him and just goes pongo, pingo, pango – just whacks it all over the place."

The free-spirited Chahal, known for often pulling a leg, made his way into the Pietersen-Rohit conversation by commenting “KP, you are my first Test wicket.”
Pietersen was quick to take on Chahal, who hasn’t played a single Test match yet. The swashbuckling batsman responded with “Chahal, I would have closed my eyes batting against you, brother”.

The chat wasn’t just fun and games though; an honest Rohit Sharma revealed how being dropped from the squad for the 2011 World Cup was the lowest point of his career. When asked for the reason for the drop by Pietersen, Rohit was humble enough to admit that it was because of his own lack of form in the lead up to the tournament at home.
“It was due to my performances, I was not at my best.”
With the possibility of the IPL taking place looking like a distant dream, the candid chat by the India opener, and the light-hearted banter from Chahal and Pietersen, would have come as a breath of fresh air for fans.
