The Indian Premier League (IPL) will be back for its much-awaited home and away format after four long years. The Gujarat Titans will fight to defend their title and will aim to become the third team in IPL history after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) to achieve this feat.

IPL 2022: Schedule & format

The ten teams have been divided into two groups of five each. Teams in rival groups will take on each other twice, once at home, and once away, while teams in the same group will play each other once, leading to a total of 14 games for each team.
