Watch: Arjun Tendulkar, bowling in the Mumbai Indians net session ahead of their IPL 2022 clash against Chennai Super Kings, dismissed a teammate with a searing yorker.

Tendulkar was bought by Mumbai in the IPL 2022 auction for INR 30 lakhs. The 22-year-old had been picked by the five-time champions in 2021 as well but had been ruled out midway through the tournament due to an injury. The quick has, in the past, been picked as a net bowler for India and even bowled to England batters ahead of their World Cup 2019 clash against Australia.

The youngster was seen unleashing his very best during a practice session for MI before the side’s match against CSK, dismissing his teammate with a pin-point yorker, with some drawing parallels between his action and that of James Anderson’s. Mumbai is yet to win a single match this season, losing all six games that they have played.

Tendulkar made his Under-19 debut for India in 2018 and has gone on to play two T20s for Mumbai, playing both games last year.
