Watch: Deepak Chahar gave Chennai Super Kings the upper hand in their IPL 2021 clash against Punjab Kings, taking four wickets in a sizzling new-ball spell, with the highlight undoubtedly his peach of a delivery to uproot the off-stump of Mayank Agarwal.

Until recently, the Punjab Kings opener had also walked out at the start of an innings for India in Test cricket, and this was a ball worthy of the longest format. The ball was angled in towards the stumps, and even as Agarwal attempted to present the full face of the bat, Chahar found some seam movement, straightening the delivery into the top of off-stump.

By the time Chahar was done, Punjab Kings were in tatters, having lost five wickets, four at the right-armer’s hand. They staged a mini-recovery to 106-8.
