IPL 2021: SRH v RCB preview
Contrasting returns for Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first game, but as these sides return for the second game at the Chepauk venue, they will have a better understanding of what works and what does not at this venue. SRH’s pace attack came under scrutiny in the previous game and even with Rashid Khan’s brilliant spell, their bowling seemed well below par.
RCB, on the other hand, were rescued by an AB de Villiers special, one that has become fairly customary over the years. Against Rashid at Chepauk, RCB’s batting will be tested, especially in the middle overs. If they can manage to notch up another win at Chepauk, an unfavourable venue for the side, RCB potentially stand a good chance to qualify.

Team news
SRH: SRH will worry about their pace attack and the lack of pace on the ball. This could possibly mean Khaleel Ahmed coming in for Sandeep Sharma, especially as the Chepauk does not have too much swing on offer.
RCB: RCB had a good game against Mumbai and will likely stick to the XI they fielded the other day. They might want to give Washington Sundar more overs in the powerplay and use Yuzvendra Chahal in the middle overs.

Pitch and weather
This will be the third game at Chepauk and it is likely that the pitch will be a used one, making free scoring not that easy. The temperatures will hover around 30-35 degree Celsius, but the bigger factor will be a 65% humidity, aiding dew. There’s also possibility of a passing summer rain.
