FairBreak Invitational T20: Full schedule, fixtures list and timings for the women’s tournament

The FairBreak Invitational T20 tournament, a women’s T20 competition, will be held from May 4 to May 15, 2022, in Dubai – here’s the full schedule and list of fixtures.

The event, which is being held to promote global gender equality, is an ICC-approved T20 league that will see six teams competing. A total of 19 matches will be held in the fortnight-long tournament that will feature cricketers from both Full-Member and Associate Nations. All matches will be given international status.

International stars Sana Mir, Shabnim Ismail, Hayley Matthews, Suzie Bates, Dani Wyatt, and Sophie Ecclestone are some of the big stars taking part in the 2022 FairBreak T20 Invitational Tournament. Players from 35 countries will take part, although Indian cricketers will be missing in action after BCCI denied giving them NOCs, since they are currently taking part in a domestic T20 league.

A total of 90 players are taking part, including 40 from Full-Member countries and 50 from Associates. The tournament was first launched after the 2013 World Cup by Lisa Sthalekar as the Women’s International Cricket League with the goal to help the growth of women’s cricket.
