Left-handed batter Afif Hossain made his return to the side after almost a year but Towhid Hridoy is set to miss out due to a groin injury. Shakib Al Hasan also continues to be absent from the Bangladesh squad.
The hosts West Indies, meanwhile, have been forced to make a couple of changes after injuries to quick bowlers Matthew Forde and Shamar Joseph. Marquino Mindley and Jediah Blades will be replacing them in the squad instead.
While Mindley and Blades have never featured in an ODI before, they did impress at the recent Super50 ODI tournament. Mindley finished as the second-highest wicket-taker in that competition with 20 wickets in seven games while Blades picked up 14 scalps in five matches.
