Both teams have faced contrasting fortunes so far this season. While SRH sit fourth on the points table with three wins in five matches, RCB are reeling at the bottom, managing only a solitary victory from their six outings.
RCB have made a lot of chopping and changes, using as many as 19 players this season. Only Delhi Capitals (20) have been forced to tweak their side due to injury concerns. RCB had an injury scare in the last match against MI as Glenn Maxwell suffered a blow to his thumb and went for scans.
However, team director Mo Bobat said he is “okay at the minute” and “there’s no injury concern”. If Maxwell is unfit, Cameron Green could return to playing XI, having been replaced by Will Jacks in the previous match.
Sunrisers Hyderabad are unlikely to change their winning combination and will look to continue with their batting fireworks.
