The schedule for the first phase of IPL 2024 has been announced. Fixtures are out for the first 21 games, with the complete schedule announcement on hold due to the Indian general elections.
The elections are going to be held across the country in the months of April and May, clashing with the IPL window. However, since the dates of the elections have not been announced yet, the IPL authorities have held back on releasing the full fixtures list as it might require revision if a game in a particular venue clashes with the polls in that city.
