Yash Rathod made only three and 24 in the final, but that was enough for him to finish as the leading run-scorer in the 2024-25 Ranji Trophy, with 960 runs. Karun Nair followed his first-innings 86 with 135 to reach 863 in the season; Danish Malewar (153 and 73)went to 783; and captain Akshay Wadkar (23 and 25) finished with 722.
Among Kerala batters, Mohammad Azharuddeen (635) and Salman Nizar (628) were the only ones with more than 600 runs.

Aditya Sarwate, who used to play for Vidarbha until last season, has the second-most wickets for Kerala (34), while Aditya Thakare (28 – fewer than half of Dubey) is at second place for Vidarbha. He is not playing in this match.
