Jason Holder of the Islamabad United put up one of the greatest all-round performances in T20 history against Multan Sultans in a PSL 2025 match in Rawalpindi.
IU posted 202-6 after Mohammad Rizwan won the toss and opted to field. Sahibzada Farhan (53 in 35 balls, seven fours, two sixes) and Colin Munro (48 in 25, four fours, three sixes) provided IU with a brisk start, taking them to 80-1 by the ninth over. At 136-5 in the 16th over, they seemed to be losing their way, but Haider Ali (33 in 16, three fours, two sixes) and Holder (32 not out in 14, three fours, two sixes) took them past the 200-mark.

MS began well after losing Shai Hope early. Rizwan (38 in 27 balls, three fours, one six) and Usman Khan (31 in 20, three fours, two sixes) took them to 62-1 in the sixth over. They even reached 92-2 in the 10th over before Holder broke through. Barring Iftikhar Ahmed (32 in 16, two fours, two sixes), no one put up any resistance as Holder (4-25) and Imad Wasim (2-33) ran through the lower order. MS were bowled out for 155.
Holder also held two catches. In the process, he became the fifth cricketer (and the first in Asia) to score 30 runs at a strike rate of 200 or more, take four wickets, and hold two catches in a men's T20 game.
