Team News for PAK vs BAN 1st Test
Pakistan have named an all-pace attack. Naseem Shah is back in the side. He hasn't played a Test match since July 2023 after a shoulder injury meant he missed Pakistan's tour to Australia earlier this year. Saud Shakeel has been announced as Shan Masood's deputy.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh have several of their regulars back, among which are Shakib Al Hasan and Shoriful Islam.
The 2024 Women's T20 World Cup has been moved to the UAE following the political turmoil in Bangladesh.
