New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell has broken into the top five of the ICC ODI all-rounder rankings for the first time off the back of a standout performance against Pakistan.
Michael Bracewell registers career-best all-rounder ranking
In the recently concluded ODI series between New Zealand and Pakistan, Black Caps skipper Michael Bracewell moved up two spots to fifth in the ICC all-rounder rankings for the format. His current ranking of 246 is a career-best, as is his position at No.5.
Bracewell hit 59 off 40 before taking 1-39 with the ball in the third ODI of the series, which New Zealand won 3-0. Elsewhere in the rankings, Afghanistan pair Azmatullah Omarzai and Mohammad Nabi remain the No.1 and No.2 ODI all-rounders in the world.

Ben Sears moves into top 100 ODI bowlers
In the bowling rankings, Bracewell's teammate, Ben Sears, stole the limelight with his second consecutive five-wicket haul in the third ODI of the series. He returned figures of 5-34 in that game, following on from his 5-59 in the previous game, becoming the first New Zealand player to register consecutive five-fors in men's ODIs.
The latest performance, in just his fourth ODI, has been rewarded with a rise by 64 spots in the ICC ODI bowling rankings. Sears is now ranked 100th in the world.
