Watch: Pakistan international Haris Rauf dismissed Northamptonshire number three Emilio Gay with an unplayable bouncer in the County Championship.
Rauf continued his fine start to life with the ball for Yorkshire as he took two wickets in three balls against Northamptonshire, with his side pressing for victory on day four.
This is the second of potentially six County Championship games that Rauf is due to play for Yorkshire, with his debut going particularly well last week as he took three wickets in each innings against Gloucestershire during Yorkshire’s six-wicket win.
In this fixture against Northamptonshire, Rauf took just one wicket in the first innings of the match before delivering a burst in the second where he took two wickets in three balls as Yorkshire looked to bowl themselves to victory on day four. Their third wicket of the day was this brute of a delivery to No.3 batter Emilio Gay, who had scored 65 in the first innings.
