The IPL 2025 auction will be held across two days in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Check the updated purse of each team at the Indian Premier League auction.
The IPL auction will see ten teams battling out for 366 Indian and 208 overseas players, to fill 204 spots. The list includes 241 capped players (48 Indians, 193 overseas) as well as 330 uncapped players.
There was plenty of action in the first two hours of the auction, with Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer breaking the record for the most expensive IPL player twice within 20 minutes of each other.
Each team has to create a squad with a minimum of 18 players, while the maximum squad size can be 25. At the end of day one, SRH have the least budget remaining, but have also picked the joint-most players (13) so far. MI and RCB have picked the least players (9), while RCB have the most budget remaining (INR 30.65 Cr)
