The IPL 2025 auction is set to begin on Sunday, November 24. Find the full updated list of players sold in the auction here.
A total of 204 slots among across the ten teams are available in the mega auction. The teams were allowed to retain up to six players, with a maximum of five capped and two uncapped players. Click here to find out how to watch the auction.
Punjab Kings will enter the auction with the largest purse, of INR 110.5 crore rupees after retaining just two players. Rajasthan Royals have the lowest available amount of INR 41 crore, having retained a total of six players. Click to find the full list of retained players and purse available to each side.

The two marquee sets, right at the start of the auction, are expected to catch the eye during the auction, with several international stars present. The twelve players in these sets are Jos Buttler, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, Kagiso Rabada, Arshdeep Singh, Mitchell Starc, Yuzvendra Chahal, Liam Livingstone, David Miller, KL Rahul, Mohammad Shami and Mohammad Siraj.
The auction also presents a chance for several young players to follow up strong performances in domestic cricket by securing their first contract in the league.
