Four of the five first-round matches in IPL 2025 have been completed, leaving only two sides yet to play this season. All four matches have seen standout performances by players debuting for their franchise – Krunal Pandya (RCB), Ishan Kishan (SRH), Noor Ahmad (CSK) and Ashutosh Sharma (DC).

Like the other sides, both Gujarat Titans and Punjab Kings bear significantly different looks from last season. Punjab in particular come into the competition with several of their players in form, including skipper Shreyas Iyer. Gujarat boast a high-quality top three of Shubman Gill, Jos Buttler and B Sai Sudharsan, and if they get going, their side could be on the road to victory in no time.
This match will begin at 7:30pm at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
