PBKS vs RCB, DC v KKR: IPL 2023 team news
Punjab had started off successive wins before losing their next two games, against Sunrisers Hyderabad and Gujarat Titans. But they bounced back strongly, with a close win over Lucknow Super Giants. Captain Shikhar Dhawan, who had missed the last game due to an injury, is expected to return for the game. Liam Livingstone is yet to play for the team this year after pulling a muscle at training.
RCB have lost three of their last four games, despite some inspired batting efforts. Their bowling remains a concern. Faf du Plessis injured his rib in the last game, and may miss out on Thursday.
KKR and DC are both on the back of losing streaks. Delhi have lost all five games of the season so far, and have looked unsettled and short on confidence. Kolkata, on the other hand, have also lost two in two, despite scoring 205-7 and 185-6. Rahmanullah Gurbaz’s spot may come under the scanner, with Jason Roy slotting in.

PBKS v RCB, DC v KKR: IPL prediction for today’s match 27 & 28
Bangalore’s batting power makes them a force to reckon with, but their bowling has been a huge letdown. Mohammed Siraj has been firing in the powerplay – bowling 50 dots in 12 overs – and it will be crucial he gives the team an explosive start.
Delhi, on the other hand, look without answers with constant changes to their XI through the season with five successive defeats. Kolkata’s top order has not fired so far, with Andre Russell yet to strike big as well.
