AB de Villiers and his pyrotechnics have stunned fans many times over the years. With his armoury of scoops, reverse hits and ramps, de Villiers has earned the nickname Mr.360 for his scoring range all around the wicket.
His unrivalled prowess was on full show when hitting this outrageous six against Kings XI Punjab from IPL 2019. Mohammed Shami bowled a quick full toss which de Villiers attempted to get out of the way of. Almost shielding his face from the ball, he hooked the ball, timing it brilliantly. De Villiers ended up on his back, and the ball ended up on the roof of the stadium, flying 95 metres for a breath-taking six. It was in fact the third successive six in the over.
