While Rohit Sharma’s stay at the crease did not last long in the tournament opener against Royal Challengers Bangalore, he still treated fans with a sumptuous stroke.
Batting against Yuzvendra Chahal, the Mumbai skipper danced down the pitch to effortlessly clear the ropes. This wasn’t a power stroke, but a shot with matchless timing, precision and hand-eye coordination.
Rohit was dismissed for 19 after Virat Kohli combined with Chahal to run him out in the fourth over.
