Watch: Kieron Pollard starred for Mumbai Indians on Saturday night, smashing an unbeaten 84 off just 34 balls to secure a staggering last-ball win over Chennai Super Kings.

Entering the fray with Mumbai 81-3 in the 10th over and chasing 219, Pollard went on to hit eight sixes and six fours in his innings, with his power suitably demonstrated through a straight drive off Shardul Thakur that flew 103 metres.

The shot opened the 15th over and Pollard’s relentless lasted for the remainder of Mumbai’s innings – with 16 runs required off the final over, Pollard kept strike for all six of Lungi Ngidi’s deliveries and got his team over the line.

According to the IPL website, Pollard is responsible for four of the seven biggest sixes in the tournament so far.
