Royal Challengers Bangalore come off the back of three successive wins in an unfavourable venue for them and look like the team of the tournament already. But, we have fallen into that trap before and it’s best to wait and see how the bowling goes in other venues before we jump to conclusions. A change in venue could also just be what Virat Kohli needs.
Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, have been dealt blow after blow and with Liam Livingstone now returning to England due to bubble fatigue, they have three overseas players unavailable and no replacements so far, limiting their options. They might want to stifle RCB with a mix of pace and spin in the middle overs and with Shreyas Gopal struggling, Mayank Markande could get a look in.

RCB RR Dream11 Fantasy tips
- A quicker surface and average spinners could help Kohli find his feet at the top of the order. He is too good a batsman to not make a bigger contribution, especially against a struggling team. Captaining him as a gamble won’t be a bad call.
- Jos Buttler knows the Wankhede and the true surface plays to his strengths, as does the RCB attack. He is a clear captaincy candidate too and seems to have found some rhythm back after a lousy start.
- The swing bowlers deserve a go in this game and the likes of Kyle Jamieson and Mohammed Siraj come in as do Chetan Sakariya, who has been impressive. Mustafizur Rahman or Jaydev Unadkat should make your team too. If Andrew Tye plays for RR, make sure you have him for Rahman.
- Maxwell remains a good pick as does Chris Morris, but the batting is trickier with less options. Kohli and David Miller walk in The last choice is between Manan Vohra and Devdutt Padikkal and we are banking on the eye-pleasing Vohra to find his feet against his former franchise.
