IND vs ENG T20Is: Team news
India would like to continue their domination in the shortest format, having unlocked a new gear of batting lately. The batting lineup is expected to bear a very similar look to the one that featured in South Africa two months back, while the bowling attack would welcome Mohammed Shami back to the fold for the first time after the 2023 ODI World Cup.
England have announced their team for the first match, with Ben Duckett back in the T20I XI for the first time since December 2023. Gus Atkinson has been preferred over Saqib Mahmood for the first game, but head coach Brendon McCullum has insisted that all players will get a go at some point in the series.
