India are set to tour Zimbabwe for a five-match T20I series, starting on June 6 - here is the full list of both squads for the series.

ZIM vs IND T20Is, 2024: India team news

India were the first to announce their squad, on June 24. The BCCI named a relatively inexperienced team, including four uncapped players in Abhishek Sharma, Riyan Parag, Tushar Deshpande and Nitish Kumar Reddy.

However, two days after the announcement, Reddy was withdrawn from the squad and replaced by Shivam Dube. Dube, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson are the three members in this squad who were part of India's T20 World Cup-winning squad in the Caribbean.

Further changes to the squad were announced yesterday (July 2), as it emerged that the World Cup squad's departure from Barbados would be delayed. As a result, Dube, Jaiswal and Samson were replaced for the first two matches of the series by Sai Sudharsan, Jitesh Sharma and Harshit Rana.

It is Sai Sudharsan's first national team call-up in the T20 format, and Rana's first in any format. Shubman Gill, Rinku Singh, Khaleel Ahmed and Avesh Khan were all travelling reserves for the World Cup, but will be available for all five matches.

ZIM vs IND T20Is, 2024: Zimbabwe team news

Zimbabwe announced their squad on July 1. The most significant news for them is the return of Wessly Madhevere and Brandon Mavuta. The pair were banned from all cricket for four months in January this year, for recreational drug use.

Craig Ervine, Sean Williams, Ryan Burl, Joylord Gumbie and Ainsley Ndlovu have all been left out after playing the team's most recent series in Bangladesh.

Belgian-born batting all-rounder Antum Naqvi has been included in the squad, but can only play if his Zimbabwean citizenship is approved in time. In January this year, he became the first player ever to score a triple century for any Zimbabwean team in representative cricket.
