The two-Test series starts off tomorrow (July 12) in Dominica at the Windsor Park in Roseau, followed by the second Test at Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain.
India are coming into this Test series on the back off a World Test Championship final defeat against Australia that has led them to initiate a transition where they have started phasing out senior players and inducting youngsters.
West Indies, meanwhile, are coming off a horrible World Cup Qualifier, where their dismal performance has ensured that the ODI World Cup later this year won’t have them featuring in it, a first in the history of the tournament.
