The 2024 Women's T20 World Cup will get underway in the UAE in under two weeks time. Here's a full list of match officials for the tournament, including all umpires.
The tournament will follow-on from the 2023 edition which was officiated entirely by women. Ten umpires and three match referees will take charge of the tournament, which will be hosted in the UAE from October 3 to October 20. Find the full list of squads for the tournament here.
The group includes highly experienced officials led by Claire Polosak, who will be officiating in her fifth women's T20 World Cup. While Kim Cotton, Jacquiline Williams and Sue Redfern - all of whom officiated in the 2023 final, will all be back for their fourth tournament. Zimbabwe's Sarah Dambanevana will be appearing in her first women's T20 World Cup.
The tournament will consist of 23 matches played over 18 days, split between Dubai and Sharjah. Australia are the defending champions, having won last year's final against South Africa to claim their fifth title. England and Australia are the only two other sides to have won the tournament, England doing so in 2009 and the West Indies in 2016.
The first match of the tournament will be between Bangladesh and Scotland in Sharjah in Group B, before Pakistan and Sri Lanka play at the same venue later in the day. Group A consists of Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, while Group B is made up of Bangladesh, England, Scotland, South Africa and the West Indies.
